Track usage of items by scanning the item's QR code to "pull" material from inventory
Using an iPhone or Android (or ruggedized scanner), users can track usage of their items by scanning the item's barcode to "pull" the material from inventory. This decrements the quantity-on-hand. With one scan, up to 5 separate user-defined fields can have specific information captured at the same time. TrackStock can pass this critical information back to the distributor’s ERP system for inclusion in the distributor’s invoice to their customer, highlighting exactly where the material was used for detailed cost accounting.
